Elevators are fabricated in Double leg type Structure based in Stainless-steel construction. The height and size of the elevator will be adequately designed to feed Soaked, Steamed or raw Paddy from one processing machine to another by the principle of gravity flow from the elevator discharge top. The elevator will be fitted with Food Grade Pure Nylon White belts and SS buckets. The entire elevator chambers (Head, Bottom & intermediate) are fitted and constructed with the support of Stainless-Steel Angles rather than fabricating them with conventional methods. The driving mechanism will be of Geared or Countershaft type with motor type TEFC squirrel cage; foot mounted as per the Clients choice.
